Cream Cheese Churro alamode
We served this at the swap and it was simple & super-yummy! Couldn't find a snapshot...tell ya anything? :)
Crescent rolls, cream cheese, butter and cinnamon. Oh my dear...
2 cans Pillsbury butter crescent rolls
1 8-ounce cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c sugar
1 ts vanilla
1/4 c melted butter
cinnamon sugar
Unroll and spread 1 can crescent rolls on bottom of un-greased 9x13 pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Unroll and spread the other can crescent rolls on mixture. Pour melted butter over the top and spread with a spoon, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.Serve with ice cream.  We bought round ice cream discs from Farrs Ice Cream in Ogden.
